If we are presented for a job that is graded as Heavy or Extra Heavy our cleaning staff are within their rights as agreed to in our policies to refuse the cleaning job on site.

If you are unsure whether your home falls in the Heavy/Extra Heavy category please make contact with High Power Cleaning Services prior to the date of the job and we will obtain weather or not our staff are permitted to take on the job.
